Corporate Social Responsibility

With #everynamecounts, companies and institutions show their social commitment.

Many companies and institutions have already volunteered to donate time to #everynamecounts, for example by organizing joint data digitization events or giving their staff time off to work on the initiative. Make #everynamecounts part of your corporate social responsibility (CSR) effort and take part in a meaningful task that brings people together.

Show responsibility

Whether jointly in teams or at individual work stations—every organization can get actively involved in #everynamecounts and digitize original documents on the victims and survivors of Nazism. In this way, you as a company, institution, or association demonstrate social responsibility. And you help us by promoting #everynamecounts with your name and increasing public awareness of the initiative via your communication channels.

How you benefit as an #everynamecounts partner

#everynamecounts will bring you media coverage, motivation for your staff, a platform for key players in your organization, international contacts and events—and, of course, the opportunity to take a public and active stand for respect, diversity, and democracy.

For social solidarity – Involvement by Pfizer

The pharmaceutical company Pfizer is committed to combating marginalization and promoting tolerance throughout the world. These efforts also include taking a stand against antisemitism. As part of the company’s partnership with the Arolsen Archives since 2022, its staff have been able to use the internal action platform to contribute to the document digitization tool whenever they liked. Pfizer also regularly takes part in our #everynamecounts challenges.

Cooperation with WallDecaux

Thanks to support from the outdoor advertiser WallDecaux, our media campaign “Stand up for respect, diversity, and democracy” received enormous attention countrywide in January 2022. Our posters were on display in public squares and at public transportation stops in numerous cities and towns. The protagonists not only promoted our crowdsourcing initiative #everynamecounts, but also shared their wish for a diverse and respectful society.
